About the Artisan
After retiring from Maine Medical Center as a NICU RN, Darlene resumed her love of painting.
Darlene has taken watercolor continuing courses at MECA, but she is mostly self taught.
Darlene takes her inspiration from nature. Her work has been displayed at a variety of Art Shows throughout Maine.
Darlene Mantis is a native of Maine. She lives with husband, Steven and dog Mookie.
